I'm a bit late (by about 2 weeks) posting this event....M's last day of soccer. I think this was a great experience for her. While at the beginning of the season she seemed to be more interested in fixing her hair or playing with her clothes, towards the end of the season she learned to play more attention to the ball. For the last day it's the kids vs the parents!!! There was defintely some smack talk between the two groups. Mostly from the kids....something about taking the parents DOWN! Kids and parents alike had a great time!
And, as promised, M got to get a treat out of the vending machine on the last day. She picked Skittles. That would not have been my choice :-)
