We checked out Cermitas Puebla last week based primarily on the recommendation of a friend but also because it was highlighted on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Their specialty is cermitas....a Mexican sandwich. It was yummy. While we were there, M (as usual) made a new friend--Tony, the owner.
He even gave her a t-shirt that she will grow into in about 30 years. Very sweet!
