Knox's Spice Co is a family owned and operated company in Berwyn. We know the owners---Bryan and Jen--- from M's daycare. While chatting with Bryan a couple of months ago I discovered that he and Jen are in the spice business. Naturally, I had to test the spices and I'm happy to say that they are delicious!!! You can use them in just about any dishes that you can imagine. I recently used the cracked pepper rub in my weekly frittata and it was excellent!! I liked them so much that I sent the BBQ gift basket to my dad for his birthday. Oh, and Bryan's Southern boy so that adds some credibility in my book!!Rating: A+
